Orders are prepared and packed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Yes. Every formula is patch-tested on reactive and sensitized skin before launch, and each batch is re-tested for heavy metals, microbial load, and preservative integrity. A summary report is available on request.
Our barrier-repair, ceramide, cica, and squalane formulas are pregnancy-friendly. We do not sell retinoids or hydroquinone. If you are on prescription topicals (tretinoin, tazarotene, antibiotics, etc.) please consult your dermatologist — we are happy to share full ingredient sheets on request.
Apply a pea-sized amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear once daily for 3 consecutive days. If you see no redness, itching, or stinging, the formula is generally safe to use on your face.
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
